Prince Al Waleed’s donation of ten million dollars for the victims of the September 11 tragedy was an expression of sympathy for the victims of the dastardly attack and solely intended to help them. However, Mayor Giuliani returned the check. His attitude is hardly comprehensible. Did he have the authority to return the money? We would appeal to the president and the state governor to call the erring mayor to account.
