ISLAMABAD: Noted lawyer and central leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) barrister Aitzaz Ahsan has said that proposing and seconding president in uniform amounts to criminal act.
The nomination papers of General Pervez Musharraf for reelection in the presidential election should be rejected, he said while briefing newsmen here after the hearing of the dual office case of the president.
Those, who propose and second the candidature of General Pervez Musharraf for reelection in the presidential election, should be sentenced for ten years, he said.
