NewsLawyer Khurshid Khan’s 5-day interim suffrage bail approved
PESHAWAR: The court here approved a five-day interim suffrage bail of a lawyer, Khurshid Khan, who had sprayed paint on the face of a known lawyer Ahmad Raza Kasuri.
Khurshid Khan advocate appearing before the District and Session Judge, Misbahuddin submitted his petition for the grant of interim suffrage bail, which the court readily approving granted him 5-day interim suffrage bail.
Earlier, Khurshid Khan was arrested from his house on the demand of Punjab police. However, prior to handing him over to the Punjab police, he was presented before the court.
