Murder case hearing against Afaq adjourned
KARACHI: Additional District Sessions Judge Malir II Saturday adjourned hearing of a murder case against chairman of Muhajir Qaumi Movement Afaq Ahmed till April 19. Afaq Ahmed has been alleged of involved in murder of a taxi driver during strike in Malir area of Karachi on Feb. 2, 2002. The defence lawyer Sohail Najam had filed a plea for acquittal of Afaq Ahmed in the case. The court adjourned the hearing of the plea till April 19.
