Illegal steps to be rejected: Nawaz
ISLAMABAD: PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif said on Monday that the newly elected lawmakers had rejected “extra-constitutional” measures by taking oath on a pre-November 3 constitution. “We do not accept extra-constitutional steps and have rejected the PCO,” he told reporters. To a question about the possibility of the impeachment of President Musharraf, he said the president should make a timely decision to avert such a move. He said the new government would take decisions in without being influenced from abroad. app
