NewsFrench child brought against court order retrieved at Sheikhupura
SHEIKHUPURA: The police here, recovering a seven-year old child Umar Ashfaque brought to Pakistan in violation of the French court order, arrested his father Malik Ashfaque. Sheikhupura police said that Malik Ashfaque resident of Sharqpur had married a French lady Becky Colin of which the son Umar Ashfaque was born, but later the husband and wife separated due to estranged relations and the French court handed over the child to the mother, but Malik Ashfaque stealthily brought him to Pakistan. The French embassy staff had also visited this town a few days ago. The police retrieving the child have informed his impatient mother.
