PPP meeting fails to nominate candidate for slot of PM
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) once again could not finalize the name of its candidate for the slot of new Prime Minister in parliamentary meeting of the party Thursday, however, it is expected the decision will be reached with in couple of days. Asif Ali Zardari will announce the decision after consutataion with PPP leaders at Division level said PPP leader Nabil Gabol while giving details about the PPP meeting. He said that Asif Ali Zardari will review the performance of the ministers and reshuffling in the cabinet could take place on account of poor performance of the cabinet ministers. PPP Co Chairman Asif Ali Zardari presided over the parliamentary meeting of the party here at Zardari House. PPP senior leaders Makhdoom Amin Fahim, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Raja Pervez Ashraf among others attended the meeting. The independent candidates who have joined PPP were also present in the meeting.
