8 held for Lahore NWC suicide bombing probe
LAHORE: Eight persons have been taken into custody for investigation into the Naval War College (NWC) suicide bombing here. US news agency quoted Anti-Terrorist Police Chief, Chaudhry Masood Aziz telling that eight persons were nabbed in raids at different places, following NWC suicide attack here. He said that these persons belong to defunct organizations. Chaudhry Masood Aziz told that the held persons were being interrogated, which might give a clue to the attackers involved in the blast. Lahore police investigation team chief , Tasadduq Hussain told that the heads of two persons were found from the scene of incident and their DNA tests were being conducted for identification.
