Musharraf discusses Balochistan situation with Jam
ISLAMABAD, March 02 : Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Muhammad Yousaf and Governor Owais Ahmad Ghani has met President Pervez Musharraf and discussed various issue including law and order situation, ongoing operation against miscreants and construction of mega projects.
During the meeting, President Musharraf advised the CM and Governor to make more effective the government’s measures to maintain law and order situation.
He said that the miscreants would not be allowed to disrupt the law and order situation in Balochistan.
The President pointed out that the government was giving special attention to Balochistan development and hoped that construction of Gwadar Port would play an important role inn the progress of the province, adding some elements against development process and trying to create law and order problem.
On this occasion, Balochistan CM and Government presented investigation report to the President into killing of Chinese engineers.
They also briefed the President about the government measures to maintain law and order in the province.
