NewsGrand jirga called at Miranshah
MIRANSHAH: North Waziristan political officials have called a grand jirga of Utmanzai Wazir tribesmen, which was expected to take some vital decisions as regards to the raids and actions that had recently taken place on the borders.
Sources told that following the recent actions of the allied forces at Shawal and other places of North Waziristan, Political officials have called the grand jirga of Utmanzai Wazir tribesmen.
Over 300 tribal sardars, ulemas and agency councilors of Utmanzai tribesmen are attending this jirga, who have started arriving at the North Waziristan Headquarter here. Political Agent North Waziristan, Pirzada Khan among others would also be attending this jirga about to kick off any moment here.
