Maulana Abdul Aziz responsible for existing law and order: Ejaz
ISLAMABAD: Maulana Abdul Aziz has been responsible for the existing law and order situation in the country, as he had warned of carrying out suicide attacks in case of operation against the Lal Masjid administration, religious affairs minister here said.
Talking to newsmen after a function of the Council of Islamic Ideology, Federal Minister Ejaz-ul-Haq said that the Lal Masjid had contacts with terrorists in tribal areas.
He said no change has been made in official policy regarding the religious schools and the government would not take dictation from anyone on the issue.
