Musharraf
says he will talk to Saudi govt about return of Sharif brothers
ISLAMABAD:
President General Pervez Musharraf said Saturday that he will talk to
Saudi government regarding the decision of former Prime Minister Muhammad
Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif to come back to Pakistan as Saudi Arab
had reportedly brokered an agreement, under which Sharif brothers had
agreed that they will live aboard for ten years without indulging in
politics.
Sharif brothers are bound to abide by
the agreement so the Saudi government would approached in this connection,
Musharraf said while talking to Pakistan Muslim League MPs.
It is a fact Sharif brothers were allowed
abroad under an agreement and they had agreed that neither they will
come back nor take part in politics for ten years, he added.
Musharraf categorically stated that
he was not worried at all about the return of Sharif brothers to Pakistan
